Photography Fairy Portraits
Ever since I was a little girl, I began to adore fairies. This started when I was seven years old, after my mother put a picture of a fairy underneath my pillow. I named her Madelaine. From then on, I would look at drawings by other artists, and admire illustrations seen in children's books. A lot of my inspiration came from Cicely Mary Barker, an English artist who is well known for her series of fantasy Illustrations called The Flower Fairies.
Into adulthood, I love drawing the soft delicate features of children's faces, and the playfulness of how they interact within their surroundings. Although a lot of my work is lifelike, I like to use my own imagination, creating something magical and unique. So I decided to work together with my husband Eddie, combining our knowledge of photography and art as a small business. This has started off in our small home studio, with a collection of beautiful dresses and costumes for both boys and girls to wear, amongst a natural woodland scene. We are currently offering 1 hour fairy and elf photoshoots, or something that may be meaningful to your child/ren.
In the near future, I will be producing beautiful fairy tale Illustrations of your child, which will be something for families to treasure. whether this be a soft dreamy sketch, or a highly detailed oil painting, I can put all my love into making something very special for you.
Now offering beautiful "Woodland Fairy Photoshoots" in our small home studio in Burgess Hill.
Fairy dresses provided in most sizes up to 7yrs for girls and some elf costumes for boys (please ask for more info on sizes).
Props provided.
Max 3 children.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER for limited time only £75 -1 hour professional photoshoot which includes all low res digital images (watermarked), and 2 high resolution images of your choice. (No hidden or unexpected charges).
Extra additional high Res images £20 each.
Parents must be present at all times.
